I’m excited to share my Cinnamon Rolls recipe with you! This plant-based Cinnamon Roll recipe is inspired by the soft, delicate dinner rolls my mom used to make with a traditionally enriched dough (milk, eggs, and butter). After converting it to a fully plant-based version, I honestly haven’t noticed a difference from the original—they’re just as tender, flavorful, and delicious. I always make a double batch of this dough for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. Half becomes dinner rolls, and the other half rests in the fridge overnight before turning into cinnamon rolls the next morning.
